At a public hearing held by the East Hartford Zoning Board of Appeals, in the Town Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut, on Thursday, September 24, 2009 at 7:30 p.m., the following applications were heard and acted upon:
Mark and Kimberly Haythorn, 55 Knollwood Road, Requests a variance from Section 214.2(e) Accessory Structures, to permit building a detached garage 672 sq. ft., requiring a variance of 212 sq. ft. (Zone R-2) [Denied by a vote of 3-1]
